چکیده

Breast cancer death polls are rising at an alarming rate in females globally. It is a hormone-dependent disease that majorly regulated by estrogen. Several genetic and environmental factors the primary attributes of breast growth development. A higher proportion patients harbor estrogen receptor-positive (ER+ve) status. Estrogen related receptors orphan nuclear which include ERRα, ERRβ, ERRϒ exhibit sequence similarity with ERα. ERRα act as activators cancer. ERRβ expression downregulated cells patient samples, compared to healthy cells. The decreased primarily mediated proteasomal pathway protein level. restricts cell cycle progression cells, thereby impeding proliferation. Neddylation mediates its downregulation triggers oncogenic signalling Our study showed employing MLN4924, NAE inhibitor restore expressivity could provide successful cutting-edge therapeutic method. This review article illustrates regulatory role formation evolution cancer, making it effective candidate.

Bioinformatics-Based Prediction of FUT8 as a Therapeutic Target in Estrogen Receptor-Positive Breast Cancer

Abstract Introduction: Estrogen receptor-positive (ER-positive) breast cancer is a subgroup of breast tumors that is more likely to respond to hormone therapy. ER-positive and ER- negative breast cancers tend to show different patterns of metastasis because of different signaling cascade and genes that are activated by estrogen response. Genetic factors can contribute to high rates of metastas...

Bioluminescence imaging of estrogen receptor activity during breast cancer progression.

Estrogen receptors (ER) are known to play an important regulatory role in mammary gland development as well as in its neoplastic transformation. Although several studies highlighted the contribution of ER signaling in the breast transformation, little is known about the dynamics of ER state of activity during carcinogenesis due to the lack of appropriate models for measuring the extent of recep...

ADENOSINE DEAMINASE ACTIVITY IN ESTROGEN RECEPTOR POSITIVE AND NEGATIVE HUMAN BREAST CANCER CELL LINES

ABSTRACT Background: The aims of this study were to assay the activity of adenosine deaminase (ADA) in estrogen receptor positive (MCF-7) and negative (MDA-MB468) breast cancer cell lines. Methods: MDA-MB468 and MCF-7 breast cancer cell lines were cultured in complete medium, striped serum with and without 0.0 1~-LM diethylstilbestrol (DES), complete medium in the presence and absence of 111M ...

Estrogen-related receptor β (ERRβ) – renaissance receptor or receptor renaissance?

Estrogen-related receptors (ERRs) are founding members of the orphan nuclear receptor (ONR) subgroup of the nuclear receptor superfamily. Twenty-seven years of study have yet to identify cognate ligands for the ERRs, though they have firmly placed ERRα and ERRγ at the intersection of cellular metabolism and oncogenesis. The pace of discovery for novel functions of ERRβ, however, has until recen...
